Abigail graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in radiological health engineering, with minors in nuclear engineering and mathematics. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Abigail joined International IP Law Group as a technical advisor.
Abigail passed the Patent Bar in 2012, and continued to work for IIPLG as a patent agent before starting law school. Abigail graduated cum laude from Baylor School of Law in 2016. During and after law school, she continued to work for IIPLG on a contract basis. In 2019, Abigail rejoined IIPLG as an of counsel patent attorney.
Abigail has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of technical fields, including oil and gas processing systems, oil and gas downhole tool design, mechanical systems, software, artificial intelligence applications, computer networking, imaging devices, and data mining.
