Victor graduated summa cum laude from U.C. Los Angeles with a degree in Political Science and a concentration in International Relations. He also participated in the Departmental Honors Program and the College Honors Program. He received his J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2009, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. He worked in litigation and counseled startups in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. Victor passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and the Patent Bar, interning over the summer for a Silicon Valley patent firm before joining as an associate in 2013.

Victor is licensed to practice in California and Colorado. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has worked on applications relating to medical devices, databases and software.*
